Send us your enquiry, by submitting the enquiry form, with your preferred
- design style/invitation collection
- quantity
- wedding date
- any inspiration, etc.
This helps us understand the aesthetic and mood of your celebration.
Design Consultation and Tailored Quotation
Once we receive your enquiry,
- We will contact you to book a design consultation.
- During your consultation, we will work on refining every detail, such as colours, wording, layout, artwork, and luxury finishes.
- We will prepare a personalised quotation based on your selected suite and customisations. This will be sent to you via email and provides detailed pricing for your wedding invitation suite/custom wax seals/wedding day essentials.
Payment and Design Proof
Once you’re happy with the quote, you can proceed to make full payment.
Wedding invitation suite:
You’ll receive 1 set of design proof within 5 business days and may request adjustments until everything aligns seamlessly with your wedding vision.
Your order includes two complimentary revision rounds to ensure everything is perfect.
Custom wax seal and Wedding day essentials:
Production begins
Production Begins
After the design proof confirmation, production begins right away, turning your dream stationery details into reality!
Wedding invitation suite:
Production takes 5-9 weeks, depending on the quantity, your selected hand painted designs and embellishments.
Custom wax seals:
6 to 10 days.
Wedding day essentials:
Vows Card: 5 to 7 days
Others: 5 to 9 weeks
Delivery of Your Finished Suite
Your items are assembled with care, quality-checked, and beautifully packaged.
